Access data In accordance with Art. 6 GDPR, for every instance of user access to a website or the retrieval of a file offered by IBSEN, certain access data is stored. Each dataset consists of:

  • the date and time of access,
  • the IP address of the accessing computer,
  • the User-Agent string (this includes the browser type and, if necessary, the operating system),
  • the requested URL.

In order to call up the websites related to www.ibsen-network.com, it is necessary to register the IP address at least temporarily. The IP address is the identification of a computer that is unique and valid worldwide. Whenever a website is requested, the IP address of the accessing computer is used as the return address for the response. The accessing computer has either been assigned this address on a permanent basis or been allocated a temporary session address by the provider.
